Embark on a journey for your palate in this four-course menu, featuring innovative dishes that weave together the rich traditions of French cuisine with the soulful flavors of the American South. Imagine fluffy sweet potato brioche melting in your mouth followed by the delightful harmony of black truffle and sea scallops. Prepare to be surprised by a symphony of flavors. The duration of the dining experience is two hours at $78/pp. Chef Selah will arrive in advance for prep.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance of booking. ***Food allergies or dietary restrictions must be provided in the booking comments section and in some cases may not be accommodated. In the case your request is not accepted, we will reach out to you with an update within 24 hours. Please note, we can not accommodate vegan or vegetarian dietary restrictions. Please feel free to contact us prior to booking to confirm. We will not accommodate any changes in our menu during your experience. Selah will provide all dinnerware, utensils and cutlery as well as some cookware for the experience.
