"Flavors of the East" is a four-course exploration of Asian culinary artistry. Imagine delicate salmon tartar perched on a crispy nori pillow, followed by a rich miso mushroom carbonara that reimagines a classic dish. This is just a taste of the unexpected and delicious journey that awaits. Prepare to be transported to the heart of the East, all within the comfort of your own home. The duration of the dining experience is two hours at $78/pp. Chef Selah will arrive in advance for prep.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance of booking. ***Food allergies or dietary restrictions must be provided in the booking comments section and in some cases may not be accommodated. In the case your request is not accepted, we will reach out to you with an update within 24 hours. Please note, we can not accommodate vegan or vegetarian dietary restrictions. Please feel free to contact us prior to booking to confirm. We will not accommodate any changes in our menu during your experience. Selah will provide all dinnerware, utensils and cutlery as well as some cookware for the experience.
